TnFG,
Thanks, and I like what you've been up to over at your blog. I'm being led more and more to the old ways and it's so good to find someone that knows about those subjects. I guess we all have our area's of knowledge and it's good to share with each other.

Tom,
I must echo the KsMM, please don't leave! I want to learn more about pigs and raising them and I am blessed each time I read your blog. I am excited about your pressing into the Word of God - I am sure nuggets of gold will end up in your blog to bless us all!

Scott, believe it or not it was always in the back of my mind that it was something Jewish.Never could figure it out why so many school teachers from around here wanted the local district to pay the bill for a couple of year Jewish experience in Europe. Now that I kinda know the meaning I figure a farmer's sabatical is a few week stay in the hospital from a bull attack. Bout the only way to get em to take it easy :)

KsMM,thanks and don't you fret, we'll get them chickens figured out.

That's ok, until about 1995 I thought a sabatical was something about a tradition a Jewish Rabbi might perform on Saturdays. Lucky me a professor friend clued me in.......(grin)
